HemingwayApropos of his writing style, Ernest Hemingway’s Last Will was one page long, clean and concise. Leaving everything to his (fourth) wife following his suicide, his Will provided: “I have intentionally omitted to provide for my children…as I repose complete confidence in my beloved wife Mary to provide for them.” While this approach is certainly simple, it failed to provide any security for Mr. Hemingway’s children. Records are unclear as to whether Mary ever left the Hemingway children any of their father’s estate.
